Everyone should be able to find work and apply on ForgePath, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnifiers or voice control.

Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we do
- Plain language, clear headings and a "skip to content" link on every page.
- Every form field has a visible label; errors are announced.
- The site works with a keyboard alone and shows where focus is.
- Text and buttons meet color-contrast minimums, and pages work when zoomed to 200%.
- Images have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Motion is reduced when your device asks for it.
Known limits
Our spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) is provided by a third party. If it blocks you, email us and we'll take your application or request directly.
