About ForgePath
Built in the Panhandle, for the Panhandle
Skills for people. Talent for employers. A stronger Panhandle. Our mission is to grow the skills of Panhandle people and the workforce of Panhandle employers, through real work experience, training and good jobs close to home.
Why we exist
Good jobs shouldn't depend on who you know
Across the Panhandle, employers in the trades, health care and transportation have openings they struggle to fill, and many of them would train the right person. At the same time, people finishing school, changing careers or coming back to work don't know where to start.
We sit in the middle. We find the openings that welcome people starting out, we help job seekers build skills, get ready and apply, and we bring employers candidates who fit. When public training or support programs may help either side, we help people find out what they may qualify for and point the way.
Skill development is workforce development. Every person who gains a skill, earns a credential or lands a first job makes the whole region stronger.
What we believe
- Learning by doing is how most careers start.
- Job seekers should never pay to find work.
- People's information belongs to them and is shared only with their OK.
- No closed doors: everyone gets a fair look.

Independent, and clear about it
ForgePath is an independent business based in Amarillo, Texas. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Texas Workforce Commission, any Workforce Solutions board or any college. We don't decide who qualifies for public programs, and we never handle public funds. Where a public program may help, the local workforce board makes every eligibility decision.
